HOW TO GENERATE DAILY COLLECTION REPORT

Step 1. In search bar, search for "Daily Collection Report". Step 2. Set the date range to be shown in the report. After setting date range, report will now generate. Step 3. To extract the report generated, click "Menu" then select "Print" or "Export" to excel file.

Step 1. In search bar, search for "ONLINE PAYMENTS RMI". Step 2. Choose a date range. After setting the date range, report will now generate. (Provided there is data available for the chosen date range) Step 3. To extract data generated, click "Menu" and select "Print" or "Export" to excel

HOW TO GENERATE ACCOUNT CLOSING (College)

Step 1. In search, search "Generate Account Closing List". Step 2. Click "New". Step 3. Input the necessary details. Step 4. Click "Save". Account Closing details will be generated in the table below. Step 5. Click "Submit". System will prompt the user to permanently submit the account closing. Click "Yes"

HOW TO GENERATE ACCOUNT CLOSING K-12

Step 1. In search, search "Generate Account Closing K12 List". Step 2. Click "New". Step 3. Input the necessary details. Step 4. Click "Save". Account Closing details will be generated in the table below. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * To adjust/edit the amounts and balances in the table successfully, click on the "Override"

HOW TO GENERATE COM (Certificate Of Matriculation)

Step 1. Click on "Matriculation" icon. Step 2. Open a matriculation entry. Step 3. In the Matriculation, click on the small printer icon located at the left of the "Menu" button. Step 4. Select "Matriculation RMI". Step 5. To print, click on the "Print" button to proceed to printing.

HOW TO GENERATE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE WC

Step 1. In search bar, search for "Accounts Receivable WC". Step 2. Set the necessary filters. After setting filters, click the "Refresh Data" button to generate the latest report. Step 3. To extract the data generated, click "Menu" then select "Print" or "Export" to excel file.

HOW TO USE RMI SEND BILLING (BED)

Step 1. In search bar, search for "RMI Send Billing". Step 2: * Set the necessary filters. * After setting the filters, click the "Refresh Data" button to generate the latest report. * Click "Send Payment Links". Step 3. After clicking the  "Send Payment Links" button, system will prompt user to confirm submission.

HOW TO GENERATE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (BED)

Step 1. In search bar, search for "SOA K12". Step 2. Set the necessary filters. After setting the filters, the report will now generate. Step 3. To print the SOA, click "Menu" then select "Print".

HOW TO GENERATE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (College)

Step 1. In search bar, search for "SOA RMI". Step 2. Set the necessary filters. After setting the filters, report will now generate. Step 3. To print the SOA, click the "Menu" button the select "Print".

HOW TO SETUP SCHOOL FEES WC (College)

Step 1. In search bar, search for "School Fees WC List". Step 2. Click "New'. Step 3. Input the details in the area indicated in the picture. Step 4. Input the fees to be charged. for each item to be included, click add row to be able to add more

Step 1. In search bar, search for "School Tuition Plan List". Step 2. Click "New" to create a tuition plan. Step 3. HOW TO GENERATE ABSTRACT OF COLLECTION

Step 1. In the search bar, search for "Abstract of Collection". Step 2. Set the necessary filters. After setting filters, report will generate. Step 3. To extract data, click "Menu" then select "Print" or "Export" (excel file).

HOW TO SETUP LAB FEE ON EACH SUBJECT (For College)

Step 1. In search bar, search for "Subject Name WC List". Step 2. Choose a subject. Step 3. Click on the "Add Row" button in the table indicated in the illustration to input the details of the fee. Step 4. Click "Save" after editing. Then click on "Update" to update
