Step 1. In search bar, search for "Exam Permit".
Step 2. Set the necessary filters, and after setting the filters, report will generate.
Step 3. To extract data, click "Menu" and select "Print". Pop up message will appear, then select "Submit".
It will open another tab in the browser containing all information.
